Reason you think you should be unbanned:I only use my flymod for building and transportation
Evidence that proves you are not guilty (we will decide if it is allowed): admin said flying is not allowed, but why inst fly disabled and OPs/Admins get to fly around with creative (he was flying too)
Witnesses to the banning: no one
Comments/questions/concerns: This is my favorite server i dont want to get banned from it

The rules CLEARLY say "NO FLYMODS ALLOWED".
You flymod, you get banned.
Also, admins use creative because we use it for helping others with things such as grief repair and regioning. Flymods lag the server greatly, as they are mods that change how Minecraft works. Creative mode is a legit source of flying that is built in the game. There's a difference.
So by "innocent" you mean "guilty but not sorry" ? Flying *is* disabled and the rules clearly state that you're not allowed to use any client hacks, including flymod.
What Ops/Admins do is none of your business.

At least your honest about flymodding in your post here. You were trying to convince me that you were using magic carpet.
I found you at 48000 away, traveling that far with flymod is one of the reasons it isn't allowed. Large maps and fast travel make the server lag.
I don't think I should be the one to explain why we're allowed creative flying since it's controversial, but I think it has something to do with flymod going much faster than creative, and letting you go 10 times faster or something which is very laggy.
Creative mode is build into minecraft so it is more stable and creates little to no lag then compare to flymodding since your going at a fixed speed rate at around 2-3 blocks.
Flymod however is client side which causes lag on the server since your forcing the server to render/chunk update your position even faster.
When the rules say no flymodding that means NO FLYMODDING.

Can i at least get rid of the flymod and hope this will never happen again?
