I wasnt there when you got banned . . . I just used Log-block to see what was greifed by who :3

I saw a heavily griefed home so I decided to check it with LogBlock, it showed clearly that player _NalaFish_ griefed it.
You're saying your friend got on your account, which I find extremely difficult to believe, as I've heard that weak excuse a thousand times.

I like to think of it this way: if the account griefed it, we must ban the account.

I agree with you, "someone else used my account" is no excuse as your account is your responsibility.

I think we can overlook this one, however the next time the ban will not be lifted. Do even bother making an appeal at that point.

I think we should give him the chance, he's already been banned for a couple of weeks now.
The whole "my friend did it" excuse is pretty suspect Nala, a lot of people try it, so generally we stick to "your account, your responsibility".

Remember that the RP server has a lot more rules, you'll need to read them carefully and abide by them.
