hi, i am one of the most loyal MR survival players there is, i have played on the server for about 2 years. i have brought friends to the server for the first time and some of them have also brought friends to the server. you may have heard of a few, Drakster, Truckboy, wad10, jonowono and a few others.
so, imagine this, you get on to the computer log in to Skype and start up Minecraft, and get ready to have fun on one of your all time favorite servers. when, you get a call from a friend you have just introduced to the server who is annoyed and a bit upset. you ask them "whats wrong",and they tell you that they have been banned for asking a few online players if grieving and raiding are okay. and got banned for it. now, your going to be a little bit pissed off aren't you. and when you go on to the server and ask if you can get him UN-banned the person who banned him starts going off at you, by this time you are rather annoyed, if not downright mad. so when the person says "as far as i can tell there are 2 types of players here. one who just wants to have fun. and one who just wants to be a dick." what are you going to say?
i know most people would say something along the lines of, "i wonder which you are???". i sure did. and yes i know i was rude, but so was he. so why am i banned, and he isn't? is it just me or does that seem just a little UN-fair?
i think there need to be some action taken by higher-ups on this one, and some discipline dealt out, probably to me but also to (i think this is his name) MP29. and a re-evaluation on just who gets the power to ban.

i really do hope that this post i taken seriously as it is a serious matter, and ideally is read by an admin or two.

i was banned from legit.
i was banned today.
i was banned by MP29

You were not "banned for asking a question" you were banned for arguing with an Op. You guys could have just left it alone after he relented and unbanned you and gotten on with your game, but you didn't.

after having calmed down and really thought about what happened i completely agree with you. i was out of line and i apologize. i cant really think of anyway i can excuse my behavior, and just hope that you will reduce my ban time now that i have admitted i was at fault and promise to never do it again.

I know that I represent nothing for this but hopefully you will acknowledge what I am saying. I know Sam in real life... And I know that he can be a real a**hole. But in the end he always apologies and doesn't so it again... and from everything I've seen skeet is a real bad influence.

Yes guys, if your attitude was appropiate i wouldnt have banned you.
But you guys just had to be like pricks and saying shit about ops and their abilities. and why we ban or not. and what we should do or not.
Then i asked you to appeal, then you threatend with getting me de-opped, only maybe, maybe we'll post it maybe not.
maybe this maybe thats, are threats.
dont do that shit to me.

You guys got on my nervs and i do think another Op would do the same thing eventually.
I even got into regret and unbanned you, and you returned, but then you just continued where you last stopped with the whining....
