Boom killed all of my dogs and golems in my dome, then she accused another player of doing so.

Short assumption:

She went into my dome, while i was at my house she killed 2 of my golems 1 iron 1 snow. She then killed one of my dogs i told her to leave, she left and kept giving me tpa's so she could get back in, later she warped to my dome and killed the rest of my dogs.

She accused crafter of it also.

Wait, Who unbanned her . . . She was banned for Griefing -_- , And I assume this is on the Build 1 server?

Yes build1

she had a short ban, mostly for being a fucking pain in the ass. It's not really bannable to kill someones animals etc but she does like to go out of her way to irritate people. I'd suggest you try not to live near her or let her come to your place.
