Who you were banned by: [mR] Phoenix
Reason you were banned: Being a "pissant". I trash talked some guy named craigpd (triggered the permban), but it was probably on top of being banned twice before (20 min each) for being an annoyance (trash talking + asking the admin why they banned another allegedly annoying player). Phoenix can verify this or add anything that I may be missing.

Reason you think you should be unbanned: I fully admit that I was being a dick (logs can probably prove that), as happens when I see something that angers me. However, I feel that a permanent ban is a bit excessive for the given reason, especially since I do not recall being explicitly told to stop/warned before getting the ban and since my belittling of craig was in response to his threats/trashtalk (logs can probably verify this as well- It should be noted that I did start it). Overall, it just seems to me that this is very heavy punishment for a comparatively small crime. Additionally, I have been playing with the regulars/map of the server for a few years now (when the server was "Towlies") and I cannot see myself playing in another server.
Evidence that proves you are not guilty: See above- I'm guilty, I just feel that the ban should be shortened. If unbanned, I'm willing to just keep my mouth shut when I'm on the server and vent my anger elsewhere.
Witnesses to the banning: Other than Phoenix, possibly Pascal or some other regulars.

Comments/Questions/Concerns: I was told this was a permban, but I do not know for sure. Some confirmation on that would be appreciated. Again, I'm willing to just shut up and play if unbanned, being kept on parole or something to verify that I stop making offensive remarks.

First of all, you were warned - the MOTD specifically says that the result of insulting admins/players IS a ban, and after the pointless goading towards me for being female (and the subsequent 20mn bans, which in retrospect means I was too lenient, since the MOTD explains that that sort of thing should result in a permaban), then the insults the next day towards me and mR members (Craigpd and Pascal, and I thought Diggity_Dan was on at that time too, though I could be wrong), I personally feel the ban was well warranted. If anything, I let the whole thing go on a little too long. And I'm not focusing on you; I know others were involved, and I've dealt with them too.

I will shorten the ban to a month. But if you do this sort of thing again, it will be permanent and it will stay that way.
