Hi I had an idea for the spawn area Maybe there can be a pet store with Wolf and ocelot eggs So people can have pets

That seems like a cool idea, but it would most likely be abused horribly.
Trolls would take a load of eggs and spam them everywhere. :/

Can you add rail to spawn that will help for making costers

No spawn eggs, to easily abusable, and Rails for minecarts are at spawn :\
