This is a two part summary of Michael, the admin, abusing his admin rights and banning me on two separate occasions. Once temporary, one permanent (presumably).

So a few weeks ago, I was being trolled by three random people on the TF2 DM_Duel server. It wasn't a particularly fun experience, and it lasted for somewhere around three hours. Three hours that Michael had sat through in it's entirety. And, instead of banning the three people trying to piss me off, he bans me and only me. Eventually, the ban was lifted and I went back on my merry way on the server.

Then, earlier today, comes the substantially more abusive side of the two. So earlier today, just a bit after the server move, I got on to play some DM_Duel like I normally do. Within five minutes of me joining, Michael joins without me noticing, and almost immediately threatens to ban me. I had barely even said a word since I had joined, only being able to get one kill by outsmarting a Pyro with my Dead Ringer, and this guy was already trying to boot me out. I started arguing with him about him not having the authority to decide on behalf of the entire server if one person was worth everyone listening to, and that I hadn't even broken any rules. The only rule that could even possibly could be getting broken here would be the disrespect rule, that Michael himself was splintering over his knee by not even giving me the freedom to speak. Within two minutes of this he had banned me. If this isn't admin abuse, I don't know what is.

And here's another 'funny' part about this. A friend of mine contacted me over steam, one who knew of almost everyone in [mR], and was so scared of getting banned, he warned me with all his might to try to dumb down my complaint. He had been banned once before when Michael went around cursing at him for no reason, and got banned when he asked why. In fact, he was so afraid of Michael, he insisted I not give away his name.

Then there's Pheonix...

Pheonix decided within a hour of meeting me that nothing I ever said was worth anyone hearing under any circumstances, ever. And from that meeting onwards I always have to keep my mouth absolutely quiet lest I be muted by her. And if I have the sheer gall to try to argue for, you know, free speech, I get banned for that. This is absurd, what your admins are doing Mike.

I hope you all take action against these horrible people, and get them demoted, if not BANNED.

She was right.

You're annoying as hell and refuse to listen, insist on arguing with the people whos server you are in. Our house, Our rules. You walk into someones house and piss them off, and they are gonna throw you the fuck out. You have pissed off a LOT of the regular players and mRs. Most of the people on the teamspeak and the server are laughing and cheering your dismissal.

You know I manage the bans too right? God I love working in a tyranny.

And you wanna know something funny? More people propably want you banned than me, and people fucking HATE me.

Shadow.. take a break. You can't cause conflict on a personal level with some of my admins and then expect me to solve it at the professional level.

You pissed off several of the admins, now you have to deal with it.

I suggest you let things calm down, and do not troll or start shit on the forums either or else you'll just get yourself banned here too.

I kind of doubt that a admin will automatically threaten to ban you for no reason.
Admins are here to help you not hurt you. We only act if someone does something wrong.
Seeing as how you were banned many times in the past makes me wonder if your lying in your appeal.

I'm dead serious when I say that he just joined and banned me. It's absurd, it is. I did NOTHING WRONG. Tell you what, why don't we ask Michael? Hey, Michael, why did you ban me today?

He joined and was talking some nonsense., I started to warn him that he'd have to be less of an annoying pain in the ass if he were to have another chance at playing here. (considering you were already permabanned, the fact you were unbanned during the server switch meant nothing, you should have remained banned indefinatly but I was going to attempt to give you another shot) but he just kept backtalking me and chatting over me so I gave up.
The funniest stuff is when you tell us what we're allowed to do on our own servers.

My Points:

1) A warning to him apparently being him saying, "You wanna get banned?"

2) You are not being chivalrous or kind when you say "I gave him another chance," when the first thing you say when you meet him again is threatening to ban him. Again.

3) This is not your server. It's Mike's. You are his admin, you do not own the place. Stop treating this mansion of a server like it's your mansion when you're just the gardener.

4) You expect someone to NOT get pissed off at you when you threaten to ban them over a nonexistent rule, when you yourself are breaking one?

5) I was not permabanned when I left the old server.

6) I talk over you because you constantly have to have the last word at any given time. You can never respect another person's opinion, and whenever they argue with them you ban them.

7) I was telling you what to do on Mike's server because you clearly don't know. You cannot randomly ban people when they're arguing with you because the first damn thing you do when you join a server is threaten to ban them.

8) None of the other bans even hold water because all of you were the ones that threw the first stone, normally by muting me. There is no fourth rule that says that the admins reserve the right to mute you if they feel like it. Why? Because that's a stupid rule!

Mike, you need to get your god-complex admins in line. If you keep let them do want, they want they'll just keep banning random people for no real reason.
