Who were you banned by (please give whole name): I don't know who.

Reason you were banned: Hack Client Misunderstanding

Reason you think you should be unbanned: I was chatting with my friend, when I told her that I USED to use a hack client and I got banned, but they didn't let me finish. First, I got rid of it a long time ago, and second, I only used it on single player and they though I was still using it and I used it on that server, but I wasn't. So please unban me from mIKe's ReVeNGe Client Build Server

Evidence that proves you are not guilty (we will decide if it is allowed): You can check, I dont have a hack client on me.

Witnesses to the banning: Tumbi90, she was the one I was talking to.

Comments/questions/concerns: It was a misunderstanding.

It was Gliceas that banned you.
Once you said "Hacked Client" he instantly issued that ban.

As far as I'm aware there is no way for us to check what you do or do not have installed on your client, please do correct me if I'm wrong though.

User was seen clearly saying they used a hacked client... no other way to interpretate that... even if what u say is true... we cant check it... we have to assume ur using a modified version...and due to the recent hacked hatchet job on another of our servers i wasnt taking any chances

I personally think he should be unbanned. You don't exactly know if he has a hacked client or will do anything harmful with it.

But...

If someone says "Bomb!" or "Fire!" in a movie theather... They get arrested.

I say tempban, same penalty as pretending to be an admin. It's kind of boasting rule breaking...

You guys are trying to compare real life situations to a Minecraft situation.
That doesn't quite work. Perhaps he could be unbanned this time, but if anything happens in the future - permanent ban?

I'm unbanning you. Obviously we take hacked clients seriously, they're a pain in the ass. I don't know if you've used one on our server before, but if you do in the future you will very quickly find yourself banned again.
