It will be up to your choice if you want to overclock the GTX 690 or the AMD FX-8150.

I can tell you that the GTX 690 can be overclocked to around 1000MHz like a stock GTX 680 and the AMD FX-8150 can easily be overclocked to aleast 4.0GHz

So wait will i have to add stuf to the one in the first link cuz if i do plz i add what i should add cuz im computer retarded thats why i made this thread Huh

The one I posted is a build, all the parts are there that you need to run a PC without the extras like the diskdrive and network card...Those you may need to buy or use a Dongle for the internet for it.

The link Adam posted was a Graphics card which could replace the one in the link I sent.
Although I am kinda surprised Adam didn't recommend an AMD Crossfire setup.

The other link posted by Adam were replacement cores, clearly more powerful.

Pretty sure it could run those fine, the post claims to be able to have that machine run Skyrim on max settings, but recording a game like Fallout may need to be played on medium-high to run well and record depending on the software you are using.

GTA IV, I see no problems with it being able to run that..But if you want the extra graphics power grab the card Adam suggested.
