I gather that they basically changed the name of a DOTA champion to avoid legal bullshit. A lot of people in mR play dota. Not every single post has to be relevant to your interests Jack.

It's the General Game Chat Forum, so... I don't really think it exactly has to be relevant to the group.
Aside that it's a different game, some of our members play DOTA 2, which is the game that the image originates from.
