You were banned for importing a manipulated 0 cost blueprint. Specifically BattlestarGalactica_v2. The rules when you enter the server clearly state that cheating/exploiting are not allowed.

yea i must of missed that...my bad

You'll be unbanned. There's now a server setting that automatically deletes modified blueprints. You might want to give the rules a read next time you join the server.
