Download &Run minecraft 1.6.2 at least once

Download forge .799 - forge .799

open the forge install jar
make sure client is selected and click ok to start and ok again to finish

open minecraft 1.6.2 again and change your profile to forge

run the game with the forge profile selected

close minecraft after it boots up

click your windows icon
(if on windows xp press run then do this) type in %appdata%
press enter

open your .minecraft folder

download pixelmon23.zip

unpack it into the .minecraft folder

if you have winrar/7zip right click it and click "extract here" if you dont have those programs, open up the zip file and you will see 2 folders, drag and drop those 2 folders in your .minecraft folder ONLY

run minecraft 1.6.2 with the forge profile selected

it will prompt you after launching with forge profile for your minecraft normal profile logon, select and continue.

server restarted , it seems to flake out at times no idea why, a restart will sort it.

its setup in fusion, so just ask any admin , mike, michael to restart it if need be
