If you've noticed that a server is running slow, needs to be updated, needs to be restarted, or something
in general needs to be fixed with the server, POST HERE! We understand that sometimes servers need
maintenance or other work done to them, and this sub-forum is dedicated to helping solve the issue of
players not being able to address issues with the admins directly either due to timezone differences or
simply if you can't seem to find an online admin to help you.
All new threads, posts, edits, and attachments in this sub-forum are moderated. That means before your
thread/post/edit/attachment gets posted we receive a notification to allow the thread to be posted, meaning
you'll never go under the radar and your ticket will always be sorted out.
Posting in this sub-forum without a legitimate reason will not only waste our time but will also
earn you a 24 hour ban from the forums.
If you see a support ticket already open for a problem you're experiencing, don't post another thread as
it won't help speed up the process and can actually delay fixing of the problem. Closed tickets will be
archived, your ticket will only be closed once the problem has been proven to be solved.
