Hello, children (and childlike adults). I've been thinking and I've realized that mR needs to try something to get people engaged.

What better way to get people engaged is there than pretending to be somebody else over the internet? That is why I think that we should set up a Garry's Mod server running some sort of Roleplaying gamemode.

Now you may be saying, "Didn't we already do that with a Hl2rp server?". To which I would reply, "We did. Lets do something like it again, but bigger and better."

I have created this thread to gauge interest in this idea. If enough people are interested in this idea, then we should move forward and go through the ever tough of task of deciding, what rp gamemode? Should we try hl2rp again? DarkRp (Ew)? Some other thing like that?

A project like this might take a while to set up, but I imagine it will be worth it as new players will be attracted to the community (or you could just have lots of donations or something but thats not fun).

What do you think? Is it a tolerable idea?

We own Clockwork for the Hl2RP schema, and I could quite possibly use Phase Four as well.

I can code where needed like I've mentioned in a few of these project threads. I'm just not leading anything :P

I think a Gmod RP would be fun. Iv played RP on hl2dm for years and was pretty fun, so i think a gmod one would be bigger and better.
