hey guys, I need an advice. I've been looking at some toshiba laptops, mostly for casual web use and desktop apps, my budget is $800.
my choice for now is Satellite Pro C50, but will have to look into it further.
what I wanted to know is whether any of you have experience with toshibas. are they reliable and how good their batteries are?
thanks in advance.
Toshiba's are pretty solid you'll get a few years out of it at least Smile

For under $800 this looks pretty good too

Toshibas are good, only concern I would have with one is the screen. My friend has one and after 3 years of use is being held together by duct tape. The laptop mike posted looks pretty good. A good alternative would be something like a Lenovo Y40.
haha, omg. duct tape to the rescue.. thanks for the replies Smile
