Sorry, i was on the build 1 minecraft server when a mod came on the mod's name was MadeInAsia i adressed the person by the achronim of MIA and asked if they had met (a real person) i called this person MIC the person replyed "no i dont know him"i replyed with "MadeInchina" and went on to the joke "u know cuz ur MadeInAsia lol but seriosly have do you know him/ her?"
then he/ she said stuff like "youve insulted my heritege!" and an arguement persued in the end i said sorry he said he didnt beleive that a person called themdelves that and put me in a badly made box of lava so i tried to escape and he banned me after i made another joke ("do you like your mocholate extra crispy?" and chucked some cooked beef at him) and then he banned me (MadeInAsia banned me) PS. my last post was a temp ban not perm sorry fo not reading the rules. so to sum it up i was banned for making a couple of jokes, the mod's name was MadeInAsia and i was on the mikes revenge build 1 minecraft server Huh Huh Huh (pps. i own a town and need to tend to it)

The day when they can spell correctly will be amazing.
In addition there is more to the story then you attempted to type out.
I will let Sagan handle this one being he issued the ban.

Racism of any kind isn't a joke unless first stated so, even then its risky.

Came onto the server to check out the build, then Mocha said "Are you friends with MIC?"

Me "Who's MIC?"

Mocha "MadeInChina"
"Cuz you is from China. . . LOL"

Then he apologised and then said it only was because there was a MadeInChina. I didn't accept it and told him for 2 reasons. 1) That's unlikely and 2) Trying to apologise and give excuses all in one sentence, is a bit like admitting your mistakes but then saying it isn't your fault because of x. Having your cake and eating it, per se.

This is when I decided to put him in the naughty pit as punishment. I usually do this to give delinquents a 2nd chance, but still let them learn that what they did was wrong. TP wasn't working and he was joking about it (still is, btw. From his own post "badly made box of lava"). The mocha joke was the last straw and I banned him.

If he apologises for insulting a race, whether it was intentional or not, he can have a second chance. If you're not willing, don't expect sympathy from me.

In turn, I'll start off by apologising for calling you an asshole. That was wrong of me.

may i also point out that if the mod MadeInAsia thinks that i was trying to offend him, that in fact i was nervous and was actually trying to start the conversation ball rolling and that if my joke was racist that i am dearly sorry since i here them so much that i am so used to that type of joke/ talkj that i didnt even notice if it was and that if i am perma banned i dont understand fully why i did say sorry at the end of the arguement got a bit peed off and escaped the trap i also think i might have said when i saw the lava "crap theres lava in there!" and i am sorry if that is true but when i didnt die within the box i realised that lava damage was turned off i would also like to point out that in all true honesty i am sorry.

Why was the thread closed? this isn't resolved.

I've been told there did actually used to be a madeiinchina who came in a lot.

I don't really see how he was actually even insulting asian people here, I guess it was a dumb thing to say, but from what people have said he wasn't actually being insulting.

Nothing in this thread says "permaban" to me.

After doing some talking to mike. Madeinasia was never cleared to be OP at all. De-oped, ban removed.

Give it another week and the guy will end up banned again.
Why does nobody see future problem makers or refuse to see them?
Its the same damn cycle over and over.
Go ahead and prove me wrong but we get this constantly.
