Friends in the scene? what does that even mean

I also do not predominantly game. I work on music production and graphics design so a future-proofed processor is WORTH IT. Graphics card? not so much.

I will never buy AMD again. Shit Shit Shit.

Yea, I'm pissy. I'm pissed that the mR no longer has a fucking community or it's otherwise saturated from the minecraft community. I'm pissed that the only responses I get are from children on here. I'm pissed that you guys don't know how to read. I'm pissed that the only game you faghots play is Minecraft.
Amd= Best Price to performance ratio
Who says we all play minecraft? I sure dont
Yes im 10 and go to college most advanced child you have ever met. (insert sarcasm here)
You game on the side with processing tasks as your main task. Amd gpu's beat out nvidia there.
Only real difference between them is nvidia is optimized for games, amd gpu's optimized for just raw processing.
BTW. getting mad like you do only shows your maturity level.

people into the scene like people who are knowledgeable in the area. I don't really care what you think, infact I wasn't expecting it to be just you dumb faghots to post I really don't give a fuck about you kids.. AMD gets way too hot and crashed on me constantly so I would rather not choose AMD as my i7 is much better!

RE: My new PC build (2000$ budget!) - southwarrior - 11-14-2013

If you have "Friends in the scene" Have them teach you how to properly apply thermal paste... My cpu never goes over 45 celsius with the STOCK air cooler. Why do you keep referring to us as kids? Once again your maturity level seems to be lower than your age, If were kids and you're so much older then why dont you act it? You asked for opinions and we gave them.

I actually agree with Paper on heat from my experience with AMD. Ive got an AMD A4 APU and it can get pretty hot, but I use a laptop so in a desktop that probably wouldn't get as hot. Still, I've never overheated my laptop even when I spend all day playing games like Dead Space, MC, even some crysis 2 on minimum settings. Also in all seriousness please quit arguing Sad If you say community is falling apart, becoming a bunch of faggots, etc. fighting about it will only drive you guys farther apart, and we all wanna be friends right :P

RE: My new PC build (2000$ budget!) - craigpd - 11-14-2013

CPU makes little to no difference in games. It is entirely GPU bound most of the time. If this is entirely productivity based, then fine.
All processors get hot. Intel is not always better/cooler..It's down to WHAT you want to do with the processor. The FX-83**/9*** processors are great for multitasking, and even beat i7-3770k's in many multithreaded tasks. As a matter of cooling. Intel have messed up on the IHS plenty of times and put mayonaise in place of thermal paste/TIM.
EDIT: Fluxless Solder*, not TIM.

I find it funny, for one good for you for building something that you like. Would it be something that i would have built, no i cant say it is. But as it is a matter of oppinion you asked for you will always get the flame war between intel and amd, nvidia and ati, if you expected something else, well its just that opinion. Now dont go about taking any of the previous "opinions" the wrong way, no one is a lesser person because of it. There is no clear right and wrong in any case like this.

This is the stupidest shit to have a flame war over ever.
