Sorry, but a simple apology is not going to get you unbanned from griefing and stealing. The logs show you saying "let's fuck up (x person)" several times; you knew what you were doing.
It's caused nothing but a huge mess the past few days.
I was playing with you while you were still opped last 2 weeks ago on build, so you were opped close to this incident and you saying that you were deopped makes me think this might have been in retaliation.

And no, ti was not in retaliation to being deopped. I was deopped concerning someone on the other side of the map.

OK well, Well the fact of the matter is that on that early morning when me and you had a conversation about power. I was only having a laugh when i said britain was the most powerfull place on the server. ITS A GAME, not a way of personal revenge. I dont think you understand that we are a server of friends who only want to have fun and not cause anyone any greif. Britain had no intentions of greifing germany/your place. Our only intention was to partner up with you as so to grow an emprie and establish a healthy friendship. In trying to get a "ban appeal" you are trying to tell us all that you are no guilty of greif.You were a trusted person on thenetwork and have let everybody down with your actions in the past week. I for one say No to the appeal. Also around the time of the greif in question you joined and had an interesting conversation about the greif itself. you told me and georgecreeper that you had nothing to do about it and didnt have any infomation about the people involved. So your are not only untrusty but also a LIAR. Good day ol' chap.

I'll admit, I deopped you. I saw your name in the ops list while adding people, didn't know why it was there and took it out. You were an op, you were expected to act maturely, you didn't. If you get unbanned you won't be getting reopped anytime soon.
Nitroft's ban time shouldn't concern you, don't worry about it.
As for the items, I'll be handling that myself.

You said it multiple times in regards to multiple different regular Legit players. It's all in the log files, denying it is only going to lengthen your ban time.
So you wrecked a bunch of shit and your appology amounts to "sorry, not sorry." ? get out of here kid.

Random people being opped on Build has been a huge problem. Every time I go on Build another random person is opped... I've had to de-op Xenol multiple times (who isn't op or mR) but somebody keeps re-opping him.
I've heard so many stories of who opped who and why it hurts my head. So far I've seen PNGz_, Sact_commander and Xenol being opped when they shouldn't be but I bet there are a few more. Apparently PNGz_ was opped by an admin (which I'm not sure I believe) but even if an admin did it I think opping has to be something formal where everyone can give their views on him/her to avoid something like this where some little kid griefer is an op...
I think I know the Op that has been opping random people but I don't want to name names, I just think all server ops need a reminder that they do not have the permission to op regular players.
