Not a texture pack, its sonic ethers unbelievable shaders at 2560x1600
2.0x texture scaling and 4.0x shadow scaling.
Will require a beast of a computer to run though.

Yeah South your setup should run it fine. I can run Sonic Ether shaders at like 15 fps on medium settings on a laptop that normally runs MC maxed out at like 35-55 fps. But with settings cranked up even, I think you should get a playable game.

Just installed. Looks amazing. Would never imagine minecraft could look sooooo good.
