Sam has always been allied with me, so when I joined PNG he joined as well

I never wanted war after I quit, but if, as to what I've heard, that Xenol has started making a ruckus against others.

But Star, there were no rules in place prior to Bman stepping in. And nukes, and let's use your own words here, 'are not on'. And, as per usual, I must remind everyone that A. I didn't even say anything to xenol B. Nitroft just saying 'war' is not a declaration of war, pussies.

Nitroft told me you threatened cons with war or something. Like, really? And no it isn't. Builder, Rated and Nitroft used to just say 'war' to me when it was the EOK, and they didn't do anything on it.

We are not the EOK, also quitting the war rp and then rejoining it "is not on". These are my terms, war stops, non-negotiable, otherwise things will start going downhill, for everyone, from now on, war needs a casus belli, no more declaring war, just cause you want more land, or that you want to push others around. Second. I may be an rp participant, but I'm also part of the administration, and this is directed mostly at png, be careful what you call anyone. I'll not stand for vulgar language here, or anywhere. Lastly, these words, they aren't really terms, these are rules, more shall come to structure the rp.
