.net 4 is already installed.. i have a feeling it might be some of the redistributables...... Ill troubleshoot over teh weekend.

I don't know wtf is going on but the mod is flawless right now, over 10 rounds and no restart breakage,
feel free to join peeps.
Just Broke Luls, buttttt I think I now know the problem, .mp3's playing during a round_restart possibly
is the problem.
And Thanks mIKe, hopefully you find the issue.
