Build 1 is always empty atm, you guys could try to roleplay over there and see how it turns out. If build 1 has multiverse you could load up your map and stuff.

That's a pretty good idea although we would need to take across the maps probably. We could build a new one i guess but alot of work was put into it and also most people who built on RP server got OP on it which wouldnt be possible on build1

Regs were never supposed to get OP on RP, it was just because it was easier than sorting out all of the permissions and to be honest, the whole OP thing got out of hand very fast. We can set up different permissions for different worlds, so we can allow people /gamemode 1 on just the RP world and give them permission to certain plugins that people wouldn't normally have on Build 1.
