Reason you were banned: I dont know!
Reason you think you should be unbanned: because i didnt do anything!

This is what happened
I was in my base
I started hearing blocks breaking
i look around for nametags and of course diggity is stalking me
Then he says "you can bring this up on the forums"
and bans me!
WTF!?

1. I was crouching, you could NOT see me through a wall.
2. you reconnected as soon as you heard me start digging "Changing your texturepack to x-ray. . ."
3. I didnt dig for a good 3 minutes and you werent anywhere near me. . . so "Hearing where I was I dont think so"
4. After walking in circles in your base and Looking Straight at me 3-4 times then darting away, then going directly towards me breaking 2 blocks to get to me. Thats X-Ray dude.
5. The BEST PART "You have 21 STACKS of TNT, 10 Stacks of EnderPearls, and like 20 Lava buckets."
ok ok the enderpearls and lava can be achieved with patience, But 17 Stacks of tnt block I dont think so, you Had to have Duplicated in order to get that.
6. Last but not least, This is the 2nd time I have banned you for x-raying. . .

From what Dan told me I managed to draw this up of the events:
He was checking on the players online, when it was your turn he teleported to you when you were above ground, you then proceeded underground down a long tunnel with no ladder or other way up ( Which sparked Dan's curiosity).
Dan dug down a few blocks until he was on the same layers as you, he stopped digging and went into sneak mode (Holding shift for all you Mc noobs out there), you then dug directly in his direction claiming you heard blocks break, which I find hard to believe unless you have a 7.1 surround sound Headset or surround sound system set up for your Pc.
After this Dan then proceeded to ban you on suspicion of flyhacking and X-ray hacks, he was also VERY surprised to find 17 stacks of TNT in one of your chests..
This is drawn from what Dan has told me so I do apologise if anything seems a bit off from the true events.

and also "Sneaking" does NOT make you name comepletly clear
its just a matter of whatching your screen very close

Dude Blargh he didnt have 17 tnt blocks he had 21 stacks of 64 tnt I dont care how big of a grinder you have, this isnt possible in the time frame...

No. What you can have is one hell of an oral fistfuck.
In all seriousness I think the ban should stay for 3, maybe 4 weeks. Simply because the attitude shown here on the forums and for the second offence being committed.
This is the last I have to say on this post, others may feel differently though.
