The microstuttering makes the game unplayable. Someone needs to reboot the server or do a full map restart...Not a in game vote to restart.

Stuttering still happens every couple days...If you set the map time limit to 12 or 24 hr ,the level would reload and eliminate the issue. Just my 2 cents
