I would suggest the amnesia series. I bought them but haven't got around to playing them yet, but I've heard good things. Also, Silent Hill series if you haven't played 'em.

pasedelo, its a free horror game, slender the arival, paid, as paper said, amnesia, uhm in gmod, there are heaps of horror maps, and perhaps kraven manor, also free.
