Have you been banned from one of our servers? Do you believe that you were wrongly accused? Well, here is your chance to state your side and work out the problem.
Copy and paste the format below into a new thread, fill it out, and wait for an Administrator or Server Op to reply. More often than not, the appeal process takes a few days to finish, as the Administration has to get all of the facts straight before coming to a verdict. For those of you creating an appeal, patience is key during this period. It is also important to note that following the format and using good spelling, grammar, and punctuation are imperative details of every ban appeal. Appeals that lack any of these are usually removed without judgement, so it is a good idea to take your time and make sure you followed the format/have understandable phrasing.
When commenting on another user's appeal, please only do so if it involves you directly, or if you believe your comment is absolutely needed; otherwise, your comment will most likely be deleted from the appeal.
Here is what the old format looked like.
Subject should be: Ban Appeal - [Your Name]
Username:
Date of the ban:
Server (Build, Vanilla, Legit, Starmade, etc.):
Who were you banned by (please give whole name):
Reason you were banned:
Reason you think you should be unbanned:
Evidence that proves you are not guilty (we will decide if it is allowed):
Witnesses to the banning:
Comments/questions/concerns
It will stay the same for the most part, however there will be a few changes and additions.

Date of the ban (And time preferably)
Server (Build, FTB, Legit, Gmod, TF2 etc.):

Reason you were banned:
Reason you think you should be unbanned (50 words or more, serious context):
Apology for your action's (Also serious context):
Evidence that proves you are not guilty (we will decide if it is allowed):
Witnesses to the banning:
Comments/questions/concerns (Do not reply unless directly involved with or brought into by the A. Aplicant as a witness and B. Banning officer as a Witness. Unless these apply to you, and you comment, it will be deleted and you will be issued with a 6 hour forum ban.):
Please use the new appeal format in all future ban appeals.
