The mR plugin doesn't work, but eventscripts should, there are other plugins that should still work

I have a development server up with a basic spawn system.
!help should get you started, +hook and !jetpack aren't working and !spawnlist needs to be uploaded
You should be able to build, delete, freeze, color, save and load builds. rotate command is "r "

Needs some work
