Plugin Proposal

Hey,

A useful plugin for administrating/moderating servers in LogBlock, and I see that many admins/ops have requested logblock. In the EVERMORE REBORN thread (no link, sorry), mIKe said logblock does not roll back anything. This is true, but so far the only plugin I know of that lets users and ops easily view who's edited a block (quickest way to catch griefers). I request this plugin, even though I am just a regular ^.^ Thank you'ssssssssssssssssssssss :#

As a general rule, any plugin like this is gonna be buggy as fuck.
