FREE DOWNLOAD - DUST 514 marks a first for consoles as a massively multiplayer free-to-play shooter. Players can download the game from the PlayStationNetwork and play DUST 514 completely free of charge.

EXPAND THE EXPERIENCE - In DUST 514 players earn ISK, an in-game currency, by winning battles, doing missions and more. Additionally, players can buy Aurum through the PSN Store. Players looking to expand their experience can spend either ISK or Aurum on a variety of microtransaction purchases. That said, DUST 514 is not a pay-to-win game. Players purchasing items with Aurum will not result in an unfair advantage over players who only spend ISK, the in-game earned currency.

PLAYSTATION ECOSYSTEM - DUST 514 fully supports every aspect of the PlayStation ecosystem. It is available via download exclusively on the PSN network; its unique cross-platform play, persistent universe and free-to-play gameplay are only possible on the PlayStation 3. In addition, DUST 514 is launching with a PlayStation Vita companion app that directly interacts with the game world; a high quality PlayStation Home space, debuting at E3 2012; and complete support for PlayStation Move.

No Xbox :? And I don't see why they say 'unique cross platform' when the game is only for ps3 and a companion app for vita, Nintendo have been doing that for years, and Xbox has cross platform play with pc. Anyway, looks pretty cool

The capsule pilot is considered the primary asset to keep alive in event of ships destruction, the entire crew is lost and killed because they are just humans.

A interesting joint would be capsuleer's hiring normal humans to fight on ground combat while providing orbital support should they need it.

It's also because of the reason capsule pilots are immortal and at a status like this, most people in EvE(Story-Lore-Wise)hate them.
