honestly, i just have the forums bookmarked and never go to the home page, i imagine a lot of other people are the same :\

that's a good point craig, not saying that we shouldn't bother with a homepage though, just saying, if it is going to be more relevant to more people, something has got to change. At the very least the forums have to be a central element, because this is where we really want new people to come.
