Well, this does make for a hard choice seen as Phoenix kills everything with the fucking magnum.

But the other team seems to be people more skilled in close combat :/

I'd participate, but first got to A. Get the game and play lol, and B. get my computer up and running so I can ACTUALLY play it :P

This reminds me of UGC Highlander for TF2.

Also, maybe we could spread this to other games if it becomes popular enough?

Yeah, the idea is to create a ripple- TF2 I think will be next month from what I gather.

TF2 would be more difficult to hold as a tournament, simply because CP does not require skill, it only needs 4 engies to hold back the entire enemy team.

DM would be hard to measure the kills left, like in HL2DM. But a plugin could be made to count down from X kills and end the game when the kill count reaches 0.

CTF/ Intelligence may be the middle ground between defensive and offensive, this may not be everyones' favourite mode, but may be best for competition style matches.
