Yes new IPs but if you use things like tf2.mikes-revenge.net or legit.mikes-revenge.net you should not have any problems.

Servers are lagging pretty bad at times. Forums also load slow occasionally.

Minecraft frustrates me at times.
It's like an on and off thing. Happens a lot during the night.
Sometimes it doesn't even happen at all.
