I think what b1 really needs is:
1. A better Spawn
2. More players.

Spawn is quite good, apart from the items constantly falling off the walls.

Lies. Last I checked lots of items are missing and the signs are poorly arranged. Also for some people spawn lags a lot. Not me though.

Yeah, but with the overall lack of players nobody has been there to sort out the signs and fix the missing ones because there is rarely any need, and spawn has always lagged for somebody. Nothing we can really do about it, especially considering that spawn is like 5 times smaller than the usual spawns.

That's what I said - it's a great build apart from the item frames falling off the walls and not being replaced, plus, Item Frames count as Entities/Mobs, and the amount of slabs and fences all come together and can put strain on your GPU. Like Pascal said, it's always been laggy and it is a lot bigger than normal spawns. What about a more village-style spawn (small but impressive) for the next spawn (or FearEngine's megacity looks good!)

Regs should be able to set multiple homes instead of just one.

essentials.sethome.multiple Allows player to have multiple homes, or create named homes. Required for 2+ homes.
essentials.sethome.multiple.unlimited Removes the cap on the number of homes people are allowed (if they have multiple homes).

I'm working on that atm, Gliceas doesn't like it but everyone else seems to.

Perhaps changing the game difficulty would be nice, the mob spawning rates are ridiculous!

Changing the difficulty won't change the rate of spawning, just the damage that mobs output. You should probably just get glowstone or torches from spawn and light it up.

I say nay, I like being on hardest difficulty and to be honest Hard really isn't hard at all if you have any idea what you're doing. If its that big of a deal, perhaps there's a plugin to reduce mob spawn rates? But either way whenever an op/admin is on they almost always just turn it back to day.

And EvilLink, It seems a little excessive to plaster the entire surroundings with hideous Glowstone, when there are probably much cleaner methods

There are always at least 1 op on Build1 whenever there are players as far as I've seen. What timezone are you in? Also if an op or mR is online you can ask them to set it to day, apart from that, uses torches or red stone lamps
