2014: The year of the mIKe.

In 2013 Nintendo decided to have the "Year of Luigi"... It sucked.

But in 2014 OdinOnline Decided to propose the "Year of mIKe"... Which won't suck.

BUT WHAT IS THE YEAR OF MIKE?

The year of mIKe (YOM from this point on) will be an attempt to make 2014 THE BEST YEAR IN HISTORY. (Or at least make it pretty cool).

THAT DID NOT ANSWER THE QUESTION. TELL ME MORE.

In 2014 we should make a push to revitalize the community, the forums are dead, the servers are slightly-less dead. Perhaps we could get back old users who left by creating a Legacy server with old maps. Perhaps we could make a push to have the users do stuff in the community. Perhaps we could have some failed concepts be reworked and remastered.

OKAY. YOU COULD HAVE SAID THAT THE FIRST TIME. WHEN DOES IT START?

I really like the idea of a Legacy map with old maps from Legit and Build. Gliceas, perhaps you could bring back the old MindCrack/Ultimate ftb map too? The first FTB map was really lively, lost a lot of cool players when it went down due to issues, though I don't know if you still have the file. (I'm talking about the very first map when you first started up doing FTB) Plus with just having players download the launcher and they're all set, anyone could get on like it used to be.

Other than that, try and spread the word to your friends on all that social networking stuff maybe? I don't personally use all that stuff though.

First we take over the small countries... Maybe start a rebellion or two in China, spread some dissension among the already fickle U.S.A. and before the turmoil starts get our hands on a nuke and ride that rocket to the stars!

I still think we need more events, maybe even not very well planned events that still get a forum mention. Maybe a monthly mR game day or something to coordinate us. Every week just a day before maybe shout out or post on a thread "Hey if anyone wants to join us we're up for a (insert multiplayer game) here tomorrow if anyone wants to join us."
