I'm pretty sure we agreed that nuking a city constitutes not being able to go there for a long time but no grief. Also I don't think anyone will ever fire one, just use them as a threat.

Also, what's the story with this 30 years war - esque war on my H.R.E - esque country? I'm not even in the War rp, and the ROS still exists with just Seborga, which is how it should remain, seeing as it's the republic of.
