Trick question. That is a statement, not a question, nor is it specified that you must give a true or false answer. Therefore with the information given and the nature of the statement, any answer could be considered correct using some form of logic.

The question at hand is if the statement is false or not. The statement clearly says it is false, therefor it is.

It's a paradox, if the statement is false then it must be true, but if it is true then it must be false, the correct answer is that there is no answer.
