I can´t build / use commands in Build 2

I believe this is the way it is supposed to be. New members don't get many commands on our servers.

He's not new, been here since last year, also a superop on Classic.
Anywho,
The server isn't set up yet, Mike is still working on it. I don't think new players who join build 2 for the first time get commands.

Looks like we do have a sync plugin, I'm just not sure how it works or if mike has finished setting it up yet.
