Yes, the rumors are true, I found a great place for a town in a pretty isolated area. I was going to call it "Avalon". It had a great mountain that you could level off and make a temple of some sorts. It also had a river flowing through a desert area filled with oases and even a lava oasis! It had mooshroom areas, to say the least, it was pretty great. If an Op/Admin would like to host it I could help with the building possibly, if not I would like to ask for Re-Admittance to Greywind.

too late to start new towns or cities

1. Is there a Nether town? I think a good idea would be that dead people are sent to the Nether where they have to complete tasks to get reborn some time, but those would be very hard so the player can also make a new character if he doesn't want to do that Nether stuff.

Also I think there should be applications for characters to getin the RP, which get a role in the story. That would avoid stupid out-of-context characters that are not put any effort in.
But also what do we do with people that play an important role but never come online?
