1. Is there a Nether town? I think a good idea would be that dead people are sent to the Nether where they have to complete tasks to get reborn some time, but those would be very hard so the player can also make a new character if he doesn't want to do that Nether stuff.

I don't think we have a sandstone town either. I like sandstone.

Kalrathia, run's town, is pretty much made out of sand and sandstone.
On the livemap its directly under Doc's city, in that little desert.
