He would need to make his own appeal metters.

I am pretty sure the ban was for persistant advertising by him and members of his server, but I was not the one who issued it, so I am not sure. I'd really like to hear from the person who did.

But if that's all it is, a simple appology and promise not to do it again should be enough to be unbanned.
