miss the good ol days in the Legit server
A ATI Radeon HD 3650 has 120 Stream (GPU) Processors running GDDR2
However a ATI Radeon HD 4350 has 80 Stream (GPU) Processors GDDR2.
I looked up some gameplay about your graphics card and people are playing Far Cry 2 and Battlefield 3 which are known to be very resource demanding. When it can run on a high demanding game on your low end graphics card chances are you might be lucky.

Newer graphics cards don't always tell if it is faster than the previous generations. Do what Oink said set the settings to low also make sure you also download/update to the latest DirectX and AMD video drivers.
You can also try the AMD/ATI Catalyst Control Center and set the Graphics Card setting to high performance.
