Josef was temporarily unbanned for his birthday, while he was unbanned he was pleasant with everyone and there were no problems. I think the July 6th date should be reconsidered. I've already spoken to most people, and there are very few people at this point who still wish him to remain banned.
We've never been this stubborn with anyone before, and I'd have to say I don't like the result of how we've handled this one. mR has always been more forgiving, no reason to change that now.
