I'd be willing to scout. Maybe I can get the dragon egg there >: ). If this is over 1000 blocks long, its going to overlapping many different biomes (unless we are on large biomes again). It could prove to be a daunting task to get a 1200 block long circle flat... So it could be a good idea to just avoid any hilly biomes within a 1200 block area (or build it over an ocean..?). Also what program are you using for the picture? I'd like to possibly use it to come up with some blueprints myself.
