It was a dark and stormy night when Daniel was riding his new bike home since public buses were done for the day. Lightning suddenly struck his bike and as he was falling, a brief flash illuminated something. A tall man that seemed to be a mannequin wearing a black suit. Daniel's vision blurred for a moment, then the thing was gone. He got back on his semi-ruined bike and began inspecting it to see if he could still ride it, but he couldn't keep his mind off what he had seen. Both tires on his bike were popped and the gear system didn't seem to be working. Throwing the bike in the bushes with rage and fear, he began walking. He kept seeing strange things every time the lightning flashed, the people drenched in blood or sometimes just a limb. Whenever he got close it all disappeared, but he knew something was wrong about this storm. Suddenly the lightning struck him, and he was knocked unconscious. When he woke up he was in a forest of tall pine and oak trees. A flashlight with a few batteries inside were next to him, along with a note. It read,"Don't look or it takes you", with sloppily drawn images of that monster he had seen before getting struck. He laid back down and closed his eyes hoping it was all a dream. Suddenly his vision began to blurr again, and felt something picking him up. As he passed out, he saw that the monster was carrying him and promptly passed out. Next morning he was found torn into parts and speared on sharpened branches, his blood dripping down into the soil.
Alternate ending: He laid back down and closed his eyes. He didn't even realize when he picked up the flashlight and began walking around. Whatever was controlling him found 7 more notes, and then he regained conciousness. His vision immediately blurred again, and a loud noise broke his ear drums. Suddenly everything went black, and the player closed the game labeled "Slender".
