RP server Locations and Lore

This has probably been talked about allready but i am to lazy to read through all of this.... Who is going to be building all the structures? Is it going to be a team effort or are to responsible for the buildings in your designated area? I'm also guessing each colour is a diffrent type of landscape and wealth etc so that will effect the buildings?

You build your own builds on your own land (of course others can help), and there's no current wealth limit on builds/cities
