Components change so rapidly that it'd just be a better option to get the right performing components now than going all out and blowing cash on the most premium stuff available. The only thing I would sort of future proof is a PSU
Haswell-E is really intended for workstation builds, not gaming. Also DDR4 memory is way too damn expensive right now, nothing justifies spending that much money considering this is a gaming build
I think it's best to have some money left over for the future instead of spending all of it on one PC build
