For those who pirate a Windows 10 pro build 10240, use the cmd and your key:
slmgr /ipk W269N-WFGWX-YVC9B-4J6C9-T83GX
slmgr /skms kms.xspace.in
slmgr /ato

Also a toolkit that I used with my Windows 10 RTM pro
