here you go gents and gals!!
12w07a is out, sry i cant post link. im using my wii to post this due to computer problems.

includes but not limited to...

-added new world file format called "anvil"

-multiplayer light calculations do not cuase affected blocks to be transmited to clients, instead the clients will recalculate on thier own

-villagers will repopulate villages based on how many houses there are available

-some nights in villages will be worse than others... investigate pls

-added a redstone-controlled light source aka the awaited lantern

-decreased chance for rare mob drops... affected mobs are zombie, pigmen, skeletons, and endermen.

-ai animals use the new ai system now


(note) the game cant use the full range of ids yet becuase there are still some assumptions that ids above 256 are items... that sucks...

yeah essentially it is a prerelease thing. yes we have a server at 209.222.66.29:25565 it's just a test server though, so don't expect anything to last.
