Hello, i was thinking that we should have a tekkit server running as other people have recently got it and played on it more.
people would have more ideas for a factory of some sort and of more ideas in mind.
and also It has much better items to use for building.
Downloading tekkit is pretty simple, you could go to google and search "technic pack" and click on the one you think is right.
and on the right hand side of your screen look for a sign saying "download the technic launcher" then you run it and you could put it onto your desktop if you want to.
Then your pretty much done.

Babeboom has been yelling at Mike for a while now to get a tekkit server up, but most the suggestions have been for it to be a private server for mR/Ops/Admins only.
But seen as we do have two boxes right now (Unless the free one has expired, not sure what the situation is with that atm) I think we would be able to handle two tekkit servers, but trouble is some people will not bide by the rules set, for example if the players want it to be a competitive tekkit server then fine, not many rules apart from the usual no spam, hacks etc.
But just a tekkit server where people just want to have fun would need alot of moderating to avoid stealing, nuking, power sapping, and signal jamming etc..Which as we can see with some of the servers right now, there are plenty of OPs but not many get on at a regular basis, but in my honest opinion I think a few would become quite fond of a tekkit server and would be happy to moderate it.

We had a tekkit server for a while, but it.was barely used, probably due to people not knowing about it, but yeah, I agree with what Craig said about competitive or fun servers

I dunno, I tried tekkit, it was cool but also complicated sometimes, so I eventually deleted it and didnt update it.

If one does eventually get made it would be cool if it was a public tekkit creative server since we don't have a creative server either.
