Deadbolt not working

I dont know if this is a bug but deadbolt isn't working on legit. That and you place signs funny now, they stick straight out. Protect your stuff people of Legit.

The current version of Bukkit for 1.4.6 is extremely buggy. Many plugins do not work properly because of this.
That might be the case.

can you still not open chests if you're not in the region tho?

World Edit and World Guard were messed up too, so there is a possibility regions aren't working.

Yeah i can open any chest with my name not on it and also the end is really buggy ramdom blocks everywhere

Deadbolt is outdated for now. Lockette is updated.. choose your poison

Wait for deadbolt to switchout to lockette.
